Human Resource Executive :
** Payroll
** Foreign Workers Recruitment and Expatriate Work Permits
** Ensure that a proper HRMS system is kept and updated in a timely manner
** Issuance of HR related Letters and Documentation
** Management Reporting
** Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
** Candidate MUST be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with a good command of spoken and written English.
** At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
** Pleasant personality, with positive attitude, resourceful and able to multi-task
** Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
** Highly self-motivated and resourceful in problem solving and decision making

Admin Assistant :
** Handling incoming calls
** Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying etc as and when required.
** Data entry.
** Other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
** Minimum Diploma/Degree in Management/Business Administration/Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
** Systematic, organized, meticulous, with good organizational and multi tasking skills
** Good command of spoken and written English, with good interpersonal skills
** Presentable, with pleasant personality, positive attitude, helpful and keen to learn and take on new responsibilities.
** Resourceful, responsible, with good follow up skills.
** Ability to start work immediately is an advantage

Operations And Admin Executive :
** Assist in carrying out general operational and administrative functions and coordination with other departments.
** Maintain proper filling systems and records.
** Supervise general office/building and office equipment maintenance.
** General office correspondence, reports and issuing documents eg. D/O, P/O, etc.
** Basic data entry for general accounts and customer database
** Attending to customers’ enquiries
** Preparing monthly reports
** Other adhoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
** At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
