Mandatory:
** Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment.
** Recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
** Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
** Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
** Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
** Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
** Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
** Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
** Improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
** Managing intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
** Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
** Accomplishing HR and organization mission by achieving related results as needed
** Initiate and coordinate the development, documentation and implementation of services, policies, and programs. Update HR policies in line with the business and organisation requirement; Developing and updating Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information
** Assist employees in understanding and evaluating the benefits offered to them.
** Responsible for day-to-day monitoring and supervision of policies, shifts, leaves and administrative tasks; Maintain employee records and files for ease of reference.
** Report to the Immediate Supervisor and Executive Team; Assist and advise the Management about Human Resources issues
** Innovate rewards system, set measurable performance standards, active involvement in organizational developments, conduct employee orientation programmes, induction training of new recruits and identify training needs of employees.
** Reinforce corporate culture, staff motivation schemes, team building and progress strategies.
** Develop and implement new and innovative ways in HR.
** Handling employee matters which include counselling, conflict management, crisis management
** Compensation and benefits administration \96 compliance with various local and state level authorities, managing employee files , employee safety welfare, wellness and health matters.
** Policies development, documentation and implementation - Assisting employees in understanding and evaluating the benefits offered to them.
** Identify and judging the new recruitment required within the organization.
** Ensuring competency levels meet business needs.
** Maintain an updated repository of Job descriptions for all roles in the organisation along with measurable performance indicators for each role.
** Creating HR department related reports.
