HR-Admin Executives :
** Coordinate administration of various activities including routine maintenance and upkeep of Office Equipment,
** Supplies & Consumables, Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Vehicle Parking Management, Security,
** Transportation, Catering supervision, purchases support,
** AMC & maintenance experience, liaison with small vendors for admin related work.
** Experience in Facility Management, Cafeteria Operations, Front Office Management, Event Management.
** Banking activities
** Knowledge of excel & MIS must.
** Good Spoken & Written Communication Skills.
** Managing and coordinate admin and Facility related jobs to meet business needs and office support.
** Responsible for effective level of staffing and scheduling backup support as and when necessary.
Back Office Executives :
Admin :
** Handling all back office activities and managing daily MIS and PIS activities,
** including Backend Support, Reports generation,
** Data Analysis, efficient coordination with clients, employees, vendors, clients etc.
** besides maintaining POs, Quotations, tenders order, quotation & tender,
** correspondence drafting and all other office related works.
Accounts :
** An Accounts Graduate with two years of experience is the minimum what we are looking at.
** Will be responsible for day to day accounting
Legal :
** Ensure that the organization is conducting its business in accordance with applicable laws,
** rules and regulations, and follows highest standards of business ethics.
Front Office Executives :
** Preferable female candidate with pleasing personality.
Job Profile includes:
** Asset management, Front desk Management, Client management etc.
** Knowledge of EPABX system will be an added asset.
** Over and above be versatile to handle efficiently the following
** Handling Front desk Operation
** Handling visitors at Reception.
** Documentation of inward & outward couriers.
** Maintain the track of the inward stationery.
** Dealing with incoming guest queries.
** Conveying messages dropped by the client in the absence of employer.
** General office administration day to day operation
