Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)
Location: (Dilshad Garden / Janakpuri)

Job Description :
** As a Telesales Executive, you will be working in a rapidly growing organization, contacting potential customers by telephone.
** Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls based on a script. During Each phone call, you are likely to:
** Give a call to prospective clients and arrange one-o-one meeting for further discussion.
** Answer queries on incoming calls.
** To follow up with clients post-sales.
** Send quotation.
** Maintain the database on excel sheet.

Skills and Interests :
** To be a telesales operator you will need:
** Excellent communication and listening skills
** A polite, confident and friendly manner initiative
** Confidence using computers
** To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
** A positive attitude.
** Flexibility and quick thinking.
** Perseverance and the ability to respect customers answers.
** Good knowledge about all the products and services of company.
** To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
** To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
** To understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketing.

Educational Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year experience.
Annual Income: Salary will be decided as per candidate qualification and experience.

Training:
** On-going training will be provided in-house & will include an induction period.
** You will then spend a short period of time gaining experience without the pressure of achieving Targets,
** however when this period is complete you will be expected to progress quickly & the Role will be very much targets driven.
