Piping Design Engineer :
** B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates with 2-10 years experience in machinery design department of a shipyard, design consultancy or classification society.
Functional Area :
** Should be up-to-date with the latest rules and developments in the industry, Familiar with Ship classification society rules and regulations (LLOYDS, ABS, IRS, DNV, IMO, IMS, NES) and practical ship building standards & procedures.
** Conversant with ships machinery and piping system design, piping standards, routing and modeling.
** Should be able to guide junior engineers and support them with required technical know how to do the design. Should be able to prepare formal document / reports.
** Working experience in Basic, Detail and Production design is essential.
Skills Required: Advanced proficiency in Autocad, M.S Office, TRIBON/ CADMATIC (desirable)

Offshore Mechanical Engineer : Drilling Equipment/Systems
Job Description:
** Mechanical/structural engineer with 2-3 Years experience in offshore drilling equipment/systems.
Position Description :
** This position will be responsible for the review of drilling equipment and associated system designs to verify compliance with Class Rules and other applicable Industry standards.
Position Requirements :
** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering from an accredited university or college is required.
** Candidates should be possibly familiar with principles of mechanical engineering and have good experience in performing analytical or numerical stress/structural analyses of mechanical components/systems.
** Candidates with practical knowledge of API drilling equipment standards are preferential.
** In case of no experience as per above, knowledge of pressure vessel design codes and hydraulic system design or crane design would be a must in order to start a proper training with him.
** Candidates must communicate effectively in English, in both oral and written to facilitate the understanding of ABS Rules and proper design/construction requirements.
** Must possess the ability to work well with others in a team environment and also have the focus to work independently.
** Must be able to work on multiple projects in an environment where priorities and assignments may change daily.
** Should have a meticulous and detail oriented demeanour with a desire to work closely in a design review capacity.

Offshore Design Engineer :
** Naval Architect / Structural engineer with M. Tech/M. Sc degree in Offshore Structural Engineering, Floating Structures, FPSO engineering with 3 to 6 years experience
Functional Areas:
** FPSO front end engineering – Motion analysis, Mooring analysis, Global and Local Structural analysis, Fatigue Analysis, Topside Integration
** Structure design and analysis of Ships and Offshore structures
** Load-out and transportation analysis
Skill Required:
** Familiarity with Design codes and Classification society requirements.
** Hands-on experience on structural design, motion analysis, and motion analysis softwares like FEMAP, MOSES, SACS, OrcaFLEX etc.
** Working knowledge on FPSO conversion projects
** Ability to work independently on tasks highlighted under ‘Functional Areas’ and prepare formal reports for submission to Clients/Authorities
