Job Description:
1. Recruitment and Selection
** Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
** Schedules interviews by calling up candidates.
** rranges interviews for various requirements. Also download required CV's from various Placement sites and post's vacancies there.
** Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
** Occasionally sources for free lance candidates within short notice and places them appropriately.
** Conducts exit interview.

2. Training and Development
** Conducts orientation program to new employees.
** Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
** Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.

3. Compensation and Benefits
** Attends to employee's grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
** Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
** Organizes corporate events such as company's dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.

4. HR Administration
** Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
** Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior designer level.
** May need to draft agreement/contract to overseas and local freelancers.

** Excellent communication skills

Project Manager :
Experience:Minimum 2 years
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
** Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
** Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
** Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
** Reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client.
** Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
** Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
** Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
** Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
** Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
** Manages project budget.
** Manages day-to-day client interaction - Sets and manages client expectations.
** Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
** Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
** Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
** Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
** Excellent abilities in public communications and consensus building.
** Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
** Holds regular status meetings with project team.
** Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
** Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
** Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
** Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully..
** Proven prior experience performing all Software implementation.
** Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client.
** Excellent ability to work in a team environment.
** Genuine interest and takes pride in mentoring junior staff.
