Job Overview:
** With years of experience in working with leading system vendors in developing/deploying and supporting products and system solutions, ViSolve is poised to explode on her growth.
** ViSolve is a pioneer in cloud computing and was working with HP for over half a dozen years on this technology.
** The other half of ViSolve business is healthcare service and has seen a significant growth over the past few years.
** With its current VMWare kernel performance project and few large healthcare projects under its wings, ViSolve is expanding to reach its new heights by expanding its operation in Coimbatore and in San Jose.
** We have over 10-15 openings in several areas including in management. ** To achieve this we need to start with a HR leader to expand our operation from its current size of 60 to 100 in the next few months in our Coimbatore office.
Skill Set Requirements :
** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with MBA
** Seasoned Expertise, Maturity, Balance, Ability to work under stress and deal with people with different strengths and weaknesses without getting emotional or personal, Practical and Sensible
** This role is one significant pillar of this organization and needs to put him(her)self in the shoes of a VC, Top Management in the aspects of COST-to-Company, Company branding, goals and employee benefit and long term growth
** 10+ years of experience in which 5+ years Managing/Leading Professional Services and Consulting with international customers
** Experience in working with international enterprise customers
Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
** Staffing niche and cutting edge Technology Profiles via social media networking (Linked-In, Face Book, Forums, Blogs), Job Consultancies, jobsites, Pro-active DBs.
** Campus Recruitment Programs with leading institutions in Coimbatore to source cream of the crop fresher Candidates
** To improve ViSolve’s branding in the Job Market
** To provide staffing services in the Bay area and other US locations based on business needs.
Training & Development :
** To perform a periodic competency assessment against industry benchmarks and identify training gaps
** Design and implement training programs [ To develop and improve Soft skills , Professional Demeanor, Communication,
** Technical and business acumen for the candidates identified with significant GAPS
** Measure effectiveness of training and monitor performance of employees and provide regular feedback.
Performance Management :
** To frame KRA & KPI for every employee in this organization in alignment with organizational vision and respective team goals.
** To educate and communicate the importance of the same organization-wide through various programs
** To design and implement PMS Programs such as monthly/bi-annual/annual 360 degree appraisal methods customized for each team.
** Link top performers to Rewards and Recognition Programs and those in the RED to serious training programs.
Policy Management :
** Design ,implement HR Policies jointly with the Top Management;
** Communicate and implement the same
** Deal with employee issues A-Z based on company policies. Note: Based on Past Experiences, we do not do transparent Management.

Program Management :
