Role & Responsibility :
Key Accounts & Wholesale – in any national level Underwear brand across all channels.

Retail :
** Managing SOR Business; responsible for delivering top line and bottom line
** Ensuring adherence with respect to SOR Department store SOP’s on both CKU & FCU
** Ensuring smooth opening of new stores & running day to day operations of operational stores
** Responsible for driving category sales for achieving desired sell thru
** Oversee Loss prevention on account of shrinkage
** Co-ordinate with VM & Marketing Team to ensure alignment with Global Retail
** Managing employee cost and ensuring employee retention
** Develop resource planning with Retail HR for achieving staffing goals for retail division
** Identifying leads to new prospects
** Surveying the potential markets to find out new locations

Wholesale :
Will set up the Wholesale Business for Underwear.
Accountable for opening territories ; securing distributors; ensuring smooth roll out for FC Underwear at the right stores.
Responsible for achieving set sales budget’s and achieving top-line and bottom-line growth
Ensuring On time Payments from distributors and working with finance on tracking of credit limits/ due amounts.
Responsible for tracking primary & secondary sales and plugging order’s with product team
Liaison with VM & Marketing departments for requirements wholesale counter’s
Will have 1 person reporting to them at start of business to develop the first 1 territories and then team will grow acc. To business needs and roll out planned.
