Helpline Counselors
Based at: Raipur, Ahmedabad, Goa, Chandigarh and Jammu
Responsibilities:
Handle the calls on the Helpline and disseminate information regarding the pro elderly scheme
Assist the state manager in liaising and network with State Government / Senior Citizen Association/Senior Citizen Forum
Liaise with Old Age Homes / police / community / hospitals etc
Support and document case studies for management as well as communication purposes
Support the process of capacity building of Senior Citizen Association/Senior Citizen Forum
Collect, collate and maintain the data bank of calls received from across the state
Visit and counsel the elderly / family in case of abuse, if required
The successful candidate should be:
Graduate in social science with at least 3 years of experience
Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
Should have good PR and interpersonal skills
Should be computer savvy
Should be sensitive to the cause of the organisation
Demonstrate an ability to take initiative

Senior Executive Finance
Based at: Head Office
Qualification:
The ideal candidate should be a B.Com / M.Com / ICWA / CA (Inter) with minimum 4-5 years experience preferably person having experience in ERP (preferably Oracle EBS) will be an extra advantage. NGO experience will be preferred.
Job responsibilities:
Processing Invoices and payments
Preparing utilization statements of expenses
Bank Reconciliations
MIS – Advances
TDS Deposit
Filing of TDS returns
VAT/WCT/Service Tax deposit & return filing
Key Technical Attributes:
Should have good knowledge of statutory requirement
Should have good accounting knowledge
Should have good networking skills.
Should have good communication skills
Should be computer savvy and have service orientation

Medical Consultant (DOCTORS)
Project: Mobile Medicare Units (Healthcare programme)
Location: Tamil Nadu, North East & Odisha
Responsibilities:
To manage the health related work of the MMU, ensuring that the desired services are provided
Make home visits for the patients who cannot come to the MMU centre / site
To provide group counselling to elders at the MMU sites on the health issues
To ensure that MMU reports, records, registers and other related documents are filled, maintained and updated
Assist Project Officers in conducting the Health awareness camps/ education activities

The successful candidate should be:
MBBS, MD in geriatrics or medicine with at least 4-5 years of experience.
Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of local language is essential.
Should be computer savvy
Should be sensitive to the cause of the organisation
