Job Description:
** Manage the adherence of HR processes, policies and procedures and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality HR services
** Manage or ensure all HR areas are managed effectively (recruitment & selection, learning & development, talent and succession management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organizational development).
** Ensure continuous improvement through the deployment of HR best practice processes. Include latest advancements in HR practices, as applicable, within the organization.
** Build and maintain positive working relationships with all company management, provide advice and feedback's when appropriate.
Recruitment :
** Ownership of company hiring needs.
** Supervise recruitment's and ensure good quality candidates are hired in a timely manner in alignment with the needs.
** Ensure development, design, plan and implement of employee development initiatives and support management in order to develop the organization according to the business plan.
** Conduct regular individual development and annual Performance Reviews of Managers.
** Monitor & evaluate the project progress and outcomes.
** Manage the deployment of training programs to ensure all staff has the required skills and knowledge to match customer expectations and achieve individual objectives.
** Ensure that HR management is aware of the needs of employees through the effective management of employee satisfaction surveys and accompanying action plans.
** Conduct regular business review meetings with unit heads to assess team performance and progress against business plans.
Rewards and recognition :
** Drive, develop and implement policies to recognize and reward contribution and achievement in order to motivate higher performance levels.
** Formulate and manage challenging but achievable reward and recognition schemes, which help to create highly motivated staff, and to reward excellent performance.
People management :
** To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction.
** Actively measure and analyze employee retention rates and feedback gained from exit interviews to understand both internal factors and external market factors affecting HR employee retention.
** Ensure that a regular and effective coaching structure is in place for all employees.
** To build and maintain positive working relationships with functional peers and to ensure effective implementation of HR related projects on a business unit , through contribution of professional expertise and leadership.
** Ensure compliance with all Company related policies, procedures and legal requirements (HR, Health & Safety, and Security etc.)
** Performance management
** Drive performance management system, facilitate performance management process, review effectiveness in order to raise performance levels.
** Ensure sound HR processes and tools are implemented.
Compensation and benefits :
** Collect market information, develop long and short term strategies, and facilitate compensation and incentive management process in order to manage compensation.
** HR planning and policies
** Design new policies and monitor compliance's with the policy.
** Corporate and legal compliance
** Establish framework, ensure and monitor statutory, local and group policy and compliance for the function in order to meet policy requirement.
