Position : Legal Associate

Qualification / Requirement / Profile :
** Fluency in English and communication
** Conversant with MS office Applications
** Knowledge of Direct / Indirect Taxation Matters will be an added advantage
** Drafting of Replies to Show Cause Notice, Appeals and various Representations to Various Law Authorities w.r.t. Taxation matters
** Review and study of the case, understanding of the same and co-ordination for the documentation and facts for the case
** Preparation of Case Papers and Files for Personal Hearing
** Co-ordination and updation of the various cases and monitoring the same w.r.t. their due dates for filing, personal hearings, etc
** Preparation of documents for Company Formation and all formalities related thereto and E-filing of various forms on Ministry of Corporate Affairs (`MCA') Portal
** Updation of various Registers as required under Companies Act
** Conducting Compliance Audit as per the requirement of Companies Act
** Assisting Seniors for representation matters w.r.t Company Secretarial matters, RBI Matters and Taxation Matters before various Authorities
Experience : 1 Year

Position : EXIM Associate
Openings : 1 Position
Qualification / Requirement / Profile :
Basic Educational Qualification: BCom (PGDFT will be an added advantage)
Skills: MS Office / Communication / Confidence
Must Have: Vehicle / Flexibility to Travel
Profile :
** Preparation of application under Advance Authorisation / EPCG / Duty Drawback / Other schemes of the Foreign Trade Policy for optimising the benefits
** Preparation of Post Shipment Documentation and documentation for negotiation through banks
** Maintaining appropriate records and tracking systems w.r.t. Export / Import Documents
** Maintaining records and documentation for closure / redemption of the above Authorization
** Preparation of Applications for EOUs / Excise Related registrations and permissions
** Co-ordination with Customers for MIS, status updations and any other related matters
Experience : 3-4 years in Export Incentives / DEPB / Advance Authorization / Duty Drawback / EPCG
