Job Description
- Interaction with all domestic and international carriers
- Interaction with EA’s international teams
- Keep himself/herself updated with the current/new/upcoming game releases
- Attend all conference calls from our international teams and international carriers.
- Delegate work to the Distribution Associates and also follow till completion.
- Understanding and mastering the Game Submission process – carrier specific
- Managing carrier specific file storage formats on the intranet servers.
- Complete understanding of the Submission Tracker – both on submission as well as new CR updating.
- Maintaining all Submission Reports and updating the management / leadership teams on a weekly basis.
- Exhibit good leadership skills and maintain good rapport and with direct reportees.
- Conducting regular meetings / 1x1’s and huddles with direct reportees
- Responsible for all associate level metrics

Desired Candidate Profile
Computer Skills
- Advanced use of a desktop computer system, including Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer, as well as excellent typing skills and familiarity with MS office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced and demonstrable understanding of the Internet, EA-Mobile.com website, competitor websites, and B2B resources

Communication Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both local and international carriers.
- Excellent comprehension skills-- ability to clearly understand and state the issues carriers present
- Excellent composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response
- Demonstrable conflict resolution and negotiating skills
- Ability to demonstrate effective eye for detail and patience

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to approach problems logically
- Self disciplined, proactive and detail oriented
- Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills

Experience and Background

- Overall experience of minimum 2-3 years.
- Atleast 1 year experience as Team Lead.
- Domain experience in telecom would be plus.
