If you have the following traits then you may be the guy we are looking for :
** You have appropriate qualification :
** MBA for CMO : Chartered Accountant for CFO
** MCA or MS for CTO : Hotel Management graduate for CFPO
** Any other role, a graduate is good enough

You have relevant experience : so that we do not have to teach you form scratch, we are trying to save on training costs
** COPO B2B should have logistics experience.
** CMO in FMCG products
** CTO in Java, PHP and HTML, should be at the level of a project manager in software company,
** CFO at least 10 - 12 years of experience in all aspects of core finance
** CPO should have worked as procurement manager for fish export units or metro/spar/hypercity/reliance.
** The COO - B2B QSR - A dreamer with common sense
** The CFPO - some one at the level of an executive sous chef in a 5 star hotel
** Collections manager for any private sector bank like ICICI/HDFC/IDBI/Kotak

If you are willing to experiment with a start up :
** Open to a compensation package which is combination of Salary and stock options
** Have been dissatisfied in life with what you are currently doing/do n’t see value in what you currently are doing.
** Have been longing to be on your own
** Passion for work
** Married
** Aged between 28 and 35
