    Job Description :
    Corporate Support Services supports systems and technologies that advance workplace productivity throughout the organisation. Responsibilities of the Corporate Support Engineer include supporting and deploying computing systems, providing enduser support and training, proactively promoting computing best practices.

    The Corporate Support Engineer will work closely with employees and other support teams to handle daytoday activities making use of tracking and monitoring tools, such as the Incidents Database. Occasional travel to other offices for onsite support and maintenance of documentation and procedures including potential unscheduled travel might be required as needs dictate. This role may also require participation on the oncall scheme / shift work. (need to check with HR on the implication of this locally)

    A successful candidate for this role will have strong technical and troubleshooting skills along with a strong desire to continuously improve infrastructure and the corporate computing environment. The employee is expected to be an escalation point for Data Center Operations as well as the ability to negotiate resolutions.
