Last Date to File Application 07.01.2013 to 10.06.2013 upto 01:00 P.M

INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Re-totalling of marks may be applied for any subjects under the SSLC March 2013 Examination
2. Separate application form should be used for each subject.

3. Fee Details for Re-totalling :
Languages Tamil & English : Rs.305/- for each subject.
Maths, Science and Social Science: Rs.205/- for each subject.
The fee should be remitted in any of the branches of the State Bank of India payable to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6. Where (CBS) core banking service is available.

4. Application should have been properly filled. Defective information will lead to delay in processing the application.

5. The concerned candidates alone are entitled to apply for any kind of request for re-totalling. Any impersonation will lead to legal consequences.

6. After submitting the application for each subject, the candidates must take out a print-out of the acknowledgement form displayed alongwith the Application Number. This application No. is required for future modifications.

7. Separate application No. and challan will be generated for each subject applied for.

8. After submitting the application form, the candidate may take out a print-out of the on-line challan generated by the web-site.

9. The fees for re-totalling of marks should be remitted using separate online challans, generated directly from this web-site only. Clubbing of payment of fees in any other form of single challan, or multiple subjects will not be accepted.

10. The Fees should be remitted into the account of the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai – 600 006, with the on-line challan form only.

11. After the remittance of fee at the Bank, candidates can check their payment status at the web-site after 48 hours.

12. On-line application will be open from 07.06.2013 to 10.06.2013 till 1.00 P.M

13. Payment should be close from 07.06.2013 to 10.06.2013(Subjected to Banking hours)

Update [08-07-2013]:
The DGE has announced that since most of the money paid for retotalling has not reached them, they have asked to send the original "DGE's copy" of the payment challan to their Chennai office.

I am applied retotaling for Tamil but my payment status remains pending.

I have applied for retotalling of Social science. It was mentioned in the website that the status will be updated in 48 hours. It is more than 3 days since the last date of application. The website shows status as "pending".

After the remittance of fee at the Bank, candidates can check their payment status at the web-site after 48 hours.

There is no CORRECT information with connect to SSLC RETOTALING RESULT DATE WHEN INQUIRED WITH DGE OFFICE OVER PHONE . KINDLY LET CANDIDATES KNOW THE CORRECT DATE AND LOG IN PAGE.

When will we get sslc retotalling result?

I want to know when are the results for SSLC retotalling

EVEN I APPLIED FOR RETOTALLING AND MY PAYMENT STATUS WAS PENDING.BUT WHEN I WENT TO DPI AND ASKED THRY TOLD ME TO SUBMIT THE DGE COPY TO THEM AND WITHIN A WEEK MY PAYMENT STATUS SHOWED RECIEVED.

Actually I am also in the same boat as you. I applied retotalling for SSLC 2013 Tamilnadu Exam. The payment status still says as pending.

I tried to call their office.
One person answered and he immediately cut the call and kept the receiver down. They are not interested in answering your calls.

The DGE website does not show any detail. In fact they have removed the login page for SSLC exam retotaling. What all they have is for HSC.
These people are good for nothing. Appalling to see the status of affairs and the fate of lakhs of students depend on them. Funny indeed.

I will update here when I get any further details.

Anybody who has any news on SSLC March 2013 retotalling in Tamilnadu can please update here.

Yes, you should have sent the DGE's copy of chllan to DGE's address.

i had applied for retotalling for my language paper in SSLC 2013. but my payment status remained as PENDING. now when i saw the marklist of revaluated papers.. i found my name missing. i have provided the xerox copy of my challan in DGE office also. when will i get my result?? what steps should i take?
