Job Title / Designation : Purchase Manager (Material)
Job Description :
** Material Planning & Forecasting based on production and ensuring timely availability of material and smooth plant operations
** Procurement of spares, plant consumables requirements on cost effective and timely basis
** Should have experience in Material Procurement,
** Inventory Management,
** Store Functions,
** Logistics Management preferably in Engineering Companies
** Cost effective Negotiations with Vendors.
** Vendor evaluation for cost and quality
** Store & inventory management
** To ensure that required material & stores are efficiently managed at all units
** Disposal of Scrap
** Cost Control
** Monitoring Theft, Leakage, pilferage, etc
** Administration
** Explore, negotiate and purchase all type of capital machinery (Stationary and mobile equipments) required time to time.
** Coordinating with every end ever for feedback on quality of spares.
Work Experience : Around 10 YEARS
Location of Job : Rudrapur – Corporate office
Annual Salary range : There is no bar on salary package for the competent & deserving candidates
Qualifications required : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Material Management

Job Title / Designation : Stores Manager
Job Description :
** Managing store operation of all the units.
** Ensuring proper inventory in stores as required by plant.
** Coordinating with purchase deptt. and end user like plant and automobile, HOD for their requirement.
** Ensure that quality and quantity of every material receipt at store as per our PO.
** Ensure that there is no dead inventory and long moving spares in store. Ensure minimum inventory cost of stores.
** Ensure that all the inventory lying in our store is as per our records. Carry out physical stock checking time to time.
** Coordinating with venders/purchase dept. for warranty claim, short receipt and quality rejection.
** Ensure all stock items and properly placed and preserved in store.
** Ensure timely disposable of scrap, used dead inventory in best profitable manner.
Work Experience : Minimum 10 YEARS
Location of Job :Haldwani (Central Store)

Qualifications required : Diploma in Material Management
