Position Summary:
This position is accountable for :
1. Managing RM/PM warehouse related to plant and mother warehouse of FG across the country;ensuring compliance and tracking inventory and identifying and disposal of redundant inventory.
2. Managing labour contractor, local transportation and involving in decisions making Mulberry outlet uk of various agreements related to warehouse activities.
3. Managing incoming and outgoing material from warehouse and driving adherence to schedule
4. Warehouse Management
Key Responsibilities:
1) Planning for material :
Ensure preparation of material plan from EWH on the basis of production plan as per schedule.
Ensure that necessary inputs related to the Mulberry outlet material plans from technical and purchase departments are available on time on time.
Analyze variance in material plan on a regular basis
Ensure variances in the plan are recorded, communicated and addressed.
Ensure that the plans are updated on
SAP 2) Warehouse Management:
Prepare and recommend warehouse expansion strategy in coordination with Head
Planning & Warehousing
Evaluate, assess and rate warehouse vendors for service quality and space utilization.
Ensure that SAP is 100% updated across warehouses
Ensure inventory unloading and loading as per plan and replica watches uk norms
Coordinate with quality to ensure incoming inventory is as per agreed quality levels
Ensure all compliances and adherence to related norms pertaining to inventory stocking.
Review performance of warehouse partners and ensure adherence to service agreements.
Strategize the disposal of redundant inventory as per DOP
Participate in 3rd party vendor selection, contracting
Ensure compliance and adherence to schedule by third party vendors
Resolve all escalated problems related to warehouse.
3)Budgeting
Prepare and Monitor warehouse budget and expenses
4)MIS & Reporting
Review MIS Reporting for own functional area
5) Inter-functional Linkages
Identify & highlight gaps in inter-functional communication & expectations within own functional area
Recommend enhancement/alterations in SLAs to enhance inter-functional linkages to deliver own functional agenda
6) Appraisals
Participate in the appraisal process of all direct reports
7) Training & Development
Provide TNA inputs for development of team members

Experience: 10-14 yrs in supply chain with a min of 7-10 years with exposure to warehouse functioning and management.
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Education: Min Graduate in any stream. If postgraduate, preference for specialization in operations.
