- Received the material demand note from store deptt.
- Call and receive the quotation from the parties
- Cash purchase also from the local market.
- After comparison choose the best quotation and make the PO with all the specifications and payments terms and conditions
- Time to time new vender develop for the new or old products.
STORES
- All the raw material store activity of indenting , receiving, storage & issue of materials.
- Preparation of material demand note with delivery schedule after comparing inventory and forwarded it to the purchase.
- Receives Purchase Order against MDN from purchase and ensures the PO.
- Receives the material and prepares the Goods Inward Note of it.
- Arranges incoming inspection of material receives.
- Issue of material to all the section against material requisition slip.
- Prepares monthly stock report and stock verification
- Maintaining computerised stock accounting.
