Andhra Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank, with its Head Office in Hyderabad invites applications from Retired Bank Executives / Officers for Engagement as “Faculty on Contract basis” for its Apex College at Hyderabad / Training centre at Visakhapatnam / Vijayawada.

Retired Executives / Officers of Public Sector Banks at the Scale-III and above cadres who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are invited to submit the application on or before 15.06.2013

Specialization : Credit, Agriculture, Marketing and HR and One vacancy in the area of Forex.

Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration of Rs 45000/- per month
Period of Contract : One year, extendable upto a maximum of two years subject to review of performance every year.
Designation : Faculty on Contract basis.
Place of posting : Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam / Vijayawada
Termination of contract : By giving one month notice on either side.

Essential:
i) Graduation in any faculty recognized by any university in India.
ii) CAIIB (both parts) or Professional qualification like M.B.A, C.A, B.Tech etc.
iii) Managerial experience of at least 3 years and / or
iv) Strong background in any one or more of the following areas of specialization viz., Credit, Agriculture, Marketing, HR and Forex

Desirable:
i) Prior experience as Faculty
ii) Aptitude for teaching

Selection Process : The selection of executive/officer for the faculty positions on contract basis will be done through a process of Group Discussion / Lecture demonstration followed by personal interview.
