** Handle work order kitting, deliveries picking, receiving and disposal of goods (IT related products)
** Store goods in warehouse and update system accordingly
** Fulfill delivery schedules / requirements.

Job Description :
** Responsible for level, survey and set out of the site.
** Ensure that all the materials used are according to the specifications.
** Oversee the requisition and selection of the materials.
** Manage, monitor and interpret the design of the contract documents that has been supplied to them.
** Manage the site on a day to day basis that includes supervising and monitoring the
** labor force and that of the sub contractors.
** Oversee upon the quality control methods in place.
** Resolve unexpected technical problems which may arise.

Job Name : Manager - Projects
Job Description :
** Study all drawings thoroughly and checkup the items & quantities of BOQ and inform Architect of
** any discrepancy.
** Be thorough with all the specifications, working module and company policies.
** Plan for the work, work out in detail the requirement of manpower and plant and machinery in
** coordination with site project manager and other engineers and put it up to superiors.
** Guide Assistant project manager and all other site staff for smooth functioning of day to day activities.
** Totally responsible for completion of projects with zero error within the specified time, without any
** escalation in the cost of project with utmost priority to quality.
** Review and monitor the movement of material and take prior approval from superiors for inter-site transfer of material.
** Personally check for the quality of at least 20% of the work at random in each project under his purview.
** Monitor for post contract maintenance and post contract cleaning of projects coming under his purview as per the instructions from superiors.
** Build up a pool of vendors and contractors as per company vision.
