“GARDEN REACH SHIPBUILDERS & ENGINEERS LTD. invites application for engagement of Trade Apprentice under Apprentices Act, 1961.

Name of the post : Trade Apprentice

Eligibility:
(a) Ex – ITI :
Candidates born after 01.09.1988 (01.09.1983 for SC/ST, 01.09.1985 for OBC & 01.09.1978 for PH Categories) and passed in 2011 & 2012 from any ATI/MTI/ITI/JTS only (approved by RDAT ) in the Trades – Electrician, Fitter (for Fitter / Structural Fitter), Welder(G&E), Carpenter, MMTM, Draughtsman(Mech.) & COPA. Part time ITI course will not be considered.

(b) Fresher :
Male Candidates born after 01.09.1993 (01.09.1988 for SC/ST, 01.09.1990 for OBC & 01.09.1983 for PH categories) and passed Madhyamik or its equivalent Examination will be eligible for training in the trades – Electrician, Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Machinist & Welder(G&E).

within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement enclosing attested true copies of all the testimonials by a Gazetted Officer, superscribing on envelope Fresher / Ex- ITI with Trade as the case may be.

iii) One self addressed unstamped envelope of size 12cm X 25cm. must be accompanied with application. A passport size photograph duly signed by the candidates to be pasted on the top right corner of the application. Incorrect / illegible / incomplete applications or those containing incorrect information will be rejected whenever detected.

iv) Police verification certificate of the candidate for residential address area indicating no criminal case(s) is / are pending against the candidate will be required at the time of joining for training”.
