Brief Description:
** Drive Sales and Profitability at the company owned store location.
** Co-ordinate with the Retail Team for the day-to-day Operations.
** Generating footfall by conducting B.T.L, activities in market, for example conducting Road shows, placing stalls in malls, participating in exhibitions, and distribution of leaflets, in-house public awareness campaigns and many more to create profiles data bank.
** Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff as well as providing or organizing training and development
** Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety.
** Ensure the brandings/ signage outside and inside the store are maintained.
** Control the Operational Expenses of the Store as per the Business Plan.
** Develop and execute marketing proposals
** Make presentations to Customers and close the calls
** Conduct training for the team Address Training Needs - Product & Process Training, sales training, Cross training & Up-Skilling
** Updating MIS
Requirements:

Manager / State Head : Customer Service Operations
Brief Description:
** Responsible for overall Customer Service Delivery and Customer Engagement Process for the Region as per the SLA & Metrics, customer satisfaction.
** Team Building: Manpower Planning, recruit, train, re-train and retain CSMs and RMs.
** Knowledge Management: Responsible to capture tacit knowledge and best practices to provide insights for process excellence and domain competence.
** Capture and validate Metrics / MIS provided by the team.
** Performance Management and Appraisal process.
** Customer retention and revenue generation.
** To Lead a team of Customer Service Managers of a Region to provide Assisted Matrimony Services.
** Span of Control: Manager - Customer Service will be responsible to manage a team 5 Customer Service Managers (Team Leads) who in turn manage a team 5 RMs each.
Requirements:
** Experience in handling a team of at least 20 Customer Service Executives in a niche service process such as BFSI, Hospitality and Wealth Management
** High level of maturity, EQ, Empathy, Motivation, Counselling, Stress Management and Patience.
** Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Education: Post graduate (Preferably MBA) with at least 6 years of experience in Service Sector

Alliances Manager :
Brief Description:
The head of alliance management is the functional manager for a team of alliance managers. In this capacity, he/she is responsible for coordination of overall alliance management resources to ensure appropriate coverage across the organization's portfolio of alliances.
This entails responsibility for
** Overall performance of the alliance portfolio.
** Support for all activities conducted with the partner.
** Development and maintenance of alliance management processes and tools (SOP's etc).
** Coordination of activities and resources from other groups or departments within the organization.
** Administrative responsibilities include staffing for the alliance management function and ensuring that all group members maintain proper alliance management credentials.
** He/she will also have direct responsibility for specific alliances.
Requirements:
** Participating in partner selection process, advising on fit to overall alliance portfolio.
** Monitoring and managing performance metrics/measurement across alliance portfolio.
** Participating in alliance governance process.
** Assessing proposals for new partner opportunities.
** Providing direct management support for team, including but not limited to hiring, skill development, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
** Overseeing and support implementation plans across all stages of alliance life cycle.
** Promoting development of a collaborative culture across the organization.
** Overseeing capability development process for alliance stakeholders.
** Overseeing and supporting conflict resolution process.
** Supporting organizational alignment process.
** Supporting relationship-building activities within and across organization.
Experience: 8+ Years of relevant experience in relationship/channel management, with a preferred minimum of 4 years specifically devoted to alliances/channels. (Other experience may be used to offset alliance management experience if appropriate) Remaining years' requirement may include customer, supplier, channel, and partner management.
