Position : Outlet/Store Supervisor
Unit : Cakewala, Jayanagar
Locations : Bangalore
Responsibility :
** Store Manager will be responsible for all functions of the store, among other things,
** He / she will recruit, screen, hire, train and develop employees;
** Do sales forecasting and manpower planning;
** Conduct risk / safety inspections;
** Manage inventory and facility;
** Order products; conduct P&L analysis;
** Schedule crew members and manage revenue periods
Requirements :
** University Degree
** At least 3-6 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including P & L
** Strong organizational, analytical/decision making skills
** Good oral / written communication skills
** Strong analytical / decision-making skills, Basic Computer literacy
** Ability to motivate and build teams
** Planning/organizational skills
** Customer service Orientation

Position : Team Members
Unit : Cakewala, Jayanagar
Locations :** Bangalore
Responsibility :
** Team Members will be responsible for total customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting them,
** gives personal attention,
** takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest services,
** ensure timely food pickup and delivery, maintain SOP, table-setting, order-taking.
Requirements :
** S.S.L.C / Diploma
** At least 1 - 2 years of service experience in Retail Environment.
** Good oral / written communication skills
** Strong customer service orientation
** Well groomed with positive attitude and passion for customer service
