Project : “Design of a propeller for a 53000DWT Cargo Bulk Carrier”.

1. “Design And Analysis of Helicopter Rotor Blades” :- Rotor blade is modeled using CATIA (Part Drawing Module) with material as carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite and imported to ANSYS for the vibration analysis. The results obtained are important for flight testing.
2. “Analysis on Impeller of a Centrifugal Pump” :- An impeller of 435mm diameter was modeled in CATIA(Part Design Module) and imported to Hypermesh (RADIOSS) for determining the maximum stress for a given static head of the pump. The results obtained are Von-Mises Stresses and maximum deformation of the blades .
