Job Description :
Site Management. Should have good experience in residential building work (group housing) and related services of building.
Quality and Quantity check on Site.
Maintain Site Register.
Provide engineering support to the contractor, study GFC/ advance drags for any shortcomings, missing details well before execution commencement.
Will monitor and ensure all the work like civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc is executed as per the project plan for various locations.
Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan.

Job Description :
** Overall Management of Procurement of Material and Equipments for Real Estate Project (domestic & international sources).
** Developing policies, norms & framework for Procurement function and managing procurement and services (material, Equipments and logistics)
** Manage MIS on enlistment/registration of vendors as per policy and Vendor evaluation periodically
** Ensure availability of the right quality and quantity of the required material of all project
** Procurement Budgeting and Control & Monitoring Ensure & Co-ordinate with Finance department to ensure timely payment to the vendors Co-ordinate periodic audit for procurement activities
** Responsible for finalizing the Procurement & Contract strategy for various high-rise residential, commercial, mix-use, residential town-ship projects in consultation with Senior Management, carrying out the entire tendering process to finalize & award of work to various Contractors / Vendors and administration of the concluded contracts.
** Techno-Commercial evaluation - negotiation and finalization
** Management of changes (to Specifications, Quantity, Schedule, prices & payment terms, test requirements, etc.) to best interest of the Company.
** Prepare, maintain and monitor purchase records and close out reports.
** Responsibility is to deliver the Project within the budgeted cost and stipulated time frame.
** Coordination with works, Interpretation of Contracts, Risk analysis.
