Job Title: Store keeper
Based at: Nashik
Job Purpose: To manage and facilitate all store and material activities
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
1. Controlling of the project store activities
2. Receive material issue slip from the engineers and issue available materials. If material is not available, obtain material requisitions/purchase form and forward the same to purchasing authority
3. Responsibility of store administration, receiving, issuing, storage, preservation, recording, reporting status of materials.
4. Assisting quality control
5. Submit daily report to site supervisor on the material issued and balances.
6. Receipt of materials from suppliers and verify quantity as per challan and PO
7. Prepare GRN and send for approval
8. Responsibility of proper storage of material and maintain the quality of goods being stored
9. Maintain stock levels and report daily to site supervisor
Personality:
1. Candidate must be a self driven, Result-oriented individual, who must be mature, credible and a team player.
2. Candidate must be dynamic, hardworking and honest.
Job Requirement:
1. Candidate must be dynamic and hardworking
2. Languages Spoken- English, Hindi and Marathi. (MUST SPEAK FLUENTLY ALL LANGUAGES)
3. Candidate must be computer savvy with perfect knowledge of MS Office
4. Candidate must have minimum 5-6 years of RELEVANT work experience

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Based At: Nashik
Job Purpose: To carry out sales and marketing activities to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
1. Interact with customers & explain details of the ongoing projects.
2. Carry out sales activities for flats available
3. Follow up with customers
4. Prepare reports on sales on a weekly basis
5. Accumulate customer feedback
6. Respond and follow up sales enquiry via post, email, telephone, or personal visit
7. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
8. Report to directors regarding customers and competitors feedback
9. Prepare and maintain individual customers files and record
