Job Description
Very good knowledge of accounts, Indian GAAP, consolidation of overseas branch accounts
Good knowledge of costing system and management accounts
Good knowledge of internal control systems, internal audit
Skills in statistical analysis
Good knowledge of Income tax, FBT, Customs Act, WCT, UP trade tax, entry tax,
Good knowledge of revenue recognition in software development operations
Preparing of Financial Statements as per Indian GAAP
Maintaining Fixed assets records and periodical physical verification
Ability to manage the TB on monthly basis
Ability to assist in statutory audit, Tax audit, TP audit and internal audit
Ability to guide a team of 2 persons

Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of SAP PS, FICO module
Ability to interact with auditors, consultants, Project managers
