Job Description :
** Responsible for day to day interaction with Sr.Management and managing director’s office, travel arrangements, appointments and house keeping.
** Assisting director in all correspondence approval.
** Taking dictations, drafting letters, maintaining all important files, preparing minutes of meeting, maintaining records and customer database.
** Excellent in preparing minutes of meeting , power point presentations MS Office and soft skills.
Desired Profile :
** Excellent communication skills.(written & oral).
** Should have good interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, high integrity, maturity and should be able to maintain confidentiality.
** Understanding sales functions and should have flair to interact with customers(internal & external).
** Knowledge of shorthand shall be an added advantage.
