Graduate Trainee Engineer :
Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
** Strong background in power system analysis, design and machine theory.
** Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2004+).
** Understanding of current and potential transformers required.
** Knowledge of high voltage test techniques highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and communication skills: both verbal and written.

Quality Control Leader :
Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
** Experience in designing and evaluating production processes.
** Must possess background in quality assurance planning and development.
** Understanding of the ISO 9001 quality system required.
** Knowledge of statistical quality control and management using Six Sigma highly preferred.
** Knowledge of Indian Standards, particularly IS 2705 and IS 3156 valuable but not required.
Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.
** Must be highly motivated and committed to meet and exceed the industry's highest quality standards.

Production Leader :
Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
** Experience working on the shop floor and managing and coordinating handling of heavy instruments.
Experience in production: possess the confidence to manage a production unit independently.
** Must be hardworking, alert and committed to meet the production capacity with careful and well managed production planning.
Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.
