Customer Support Executive :
Responsibilities:
** Giving customer assistance via phones-mails
Required Skills:
** Must have good knowledge about browsers e.g.- IE, Firefox, Safari etc. Should have the ability to think out of the box ideas to provide earliest resolution to the customer. Good communication skills verbal and written. Must be able to work in shifts.
** Prior BPO experience semi-tech or technical process in UK based customers
Experience: 2-3 Years

Telecom Sales Executive :
Responsibilities:
** Identify target organizations in the identified region. Identify contacts and initiate sale’s process. Making and delivering solution oriented presentations as well as product demonstrations as needed. Working on RFPs, RFIs. Conduct product / solution demonstrations, consult customers and assist in solutioning.
Required Skills:
** Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills.
** Should have ability to initiate engaging discussions.
** Strong customer orientation with substantial communication, planning & organizing skills.
** Understanding of sales cycle of audio/video conferencing products or someone who has sold enterprise data/ voice business.
** Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, and Excel.
** Basics of Internet Browsing and Social Networking.
Experience: 3-4 Years
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate/BBA/MBA
