Customer Support Executive :
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 years +
Technical skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Profile:
** Good communications and interpersonal skills.
** Excellent in MS Excel is a must. (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table, macros).
Job Descriptions:
** Regular Interaction with clients.
** Handling client support & queries.
** Coordinating with Hardware/Software engineers for product support.
** Managing Engineers team. Meeting Customers.
** Performance review of engineers responsible for service operations i.e. managing field activities, directing field engineers, etc.

Inventory Executive :
Qualifications: Bcom/B.Sc. with Tally 9.0 training and experience.
Experience: 2-3 yrs. of experience in Inventory Department.

Software Engineer :
Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech/NCST (Preferably in CS/IT)
Experience: Fresher - 1 year
Technical skills: Strong Knowledge of C#. net, VB net, Asp. Net, Ajax, VB6.0, SQL Server 2005/2008
Profile:
** Good Personality.
** Excellent Communication Skills.
** Strong technical skills.
** Ability to understand client requirements.
** Ability to interpret the requirement into project.
