Essential Qualifications:
By Direct Recruitment: Educational Qualifications and Experience:
i) Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering with five years’ relevant experience on construction and maintenance of campus or building clusters in Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes / Reputed Organizations (OR)
ii) Graduate degree/AMIE in Civil Engineering with 8 years’ experience on construction and maintenance of campus or building clusters in Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes / Reputed Organizations.

2) Name of the post : ASSISTANT ENGINEER

Essential Qualifications:
i) Graduate degree/AMIE in Civil Engineering with three years’ experience on construction and maintenance of campus or building clusters in Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes / Reputed Organizations. (OR)
ii) Diploma in civil engineering with 6 years’ experience on construction and maintenance of campus or building clusters in Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes / Reputed Organizations.

Essential Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engineering or MBA or PG diploma in Personnel management from an institution/University of repute having 12 years experience in Administration out of which 5 years’ experience should be as Administrative Officer in the scale of ` 15600-39100 in PB-3 with GP of ` 6600/- or equivalent in Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes / Reputed Organizations in a supervisory capacity in the areas such as Administration, Recruitment, Stores, Purchase, Finance, Accounts, Establishment, House Keeping, Vigilance etc.,

4) Name of the post : JUNIOR ASSISTANT (ADMINISTRATION)
