INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
The application form will be accepted online only. The process of online submission of application form shall be carried out through College of Home Science website www.chscraubikaner.org

Date of commencement for filling of the online application : 22.05.2013
Date of closure for filling of online application : 07.06.2013
DD of Fees along with printed application form can be deposited up to 5.00 PM on 10.06.2013

Candidates must perform the following activities while submitting the online application form:
Step-1 : Documents to be kept ready in hand before filling Online Application Form:
Scanned image of his/her photograph in jpg/jpeg/pgpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size maximum upto 50 KB)
Scanned image of his/her Signature in jpg/jpeg/pgpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size maximum upto 20 KB)
Copy of mark sheets of X and XII (if passed already) examination. ( BSc Home science)
Copy of mark sheets of X, XII and Graduation (if passed already) examination. ( PG Diploma) Mobile No. of the candidate or nearest relative.

Step-2: Filling of Online Application Form :
Candidate must read the instructions of filling the application form carefully.
The entries of online application form must be filled as required.
Candidate should ensure that the photo and signature are the same as uploaded by the candidate.
The changes (if required) will be allowed online application form, before final submission.
Web page will not accept any changes after final submission of online application form.

Step-3: Taking Print out in Hardcopy only after submission of online application form
The option for taking the print out will be available just after completion of registration at the 4th step of filling of online application form after entering the details of DD.
Print out of filled application form will be generated by the web portal after final submission only.

Step-4: Depositing the fees

Candidates please note :
For avoiding any error during online filling up of the application form, it is advised in the following manner:
Download the advertisement and save it.
While going through the instructions for online application, you will also see screen images, which will appear in sequence when you will go for online application form.
Here, it is advised that for ease of filling up of online application, to avoid any likely error at the time of filling up of application form and to quickly fill up the online application form, you should take a print out of these instructions. In the print out, you can fill up the desired information well in advance so that these screens can be referred by you at the time of online application form.
