Job Description
- Acts as Direct Liaison to hospital medical staff concerning all biomedical activities.
- Accomplishes and submits all quality control, safety, Preventive Maintenance monthly reports to the concerned Hospital Representative.
- Formulates and guides the planned preventive maintenance, quality and safety programs, medical gas management, etc.
- Supervise the day-to-day performance of PPM, emergency repairs of the entire medical equipments and the gas distribution.
- Identifies special test equipment required for the performance of maintenance and repair for specialized equipments.
- Drawing up a periodic maintenance and servicing schedule for all equipment in the hospital
- Overseeing record keeping of equipment related document in the department
- Planning optimal availability of equipment and supplies such as spares and consumables
- Co-ordinating with other departments such as purchase to ensure timely availability of supplies in the right quantity
- Co-ordinating with suppliers for immediate attention in case of equipment breakdown
- Establish and maintain cordial relations with manufacturers, suppliers and hospital user departments to expedite information exchange and timely attention and response
Desired Candidate Profile
B.S. in Bio-Medical or Engineering in Bio Medical from a recognized university.
-Computer literate.
-Having various factory training in specialist digital OR and lab systems, namely chemistry & hematology analyzers, therapy systems, Laser and ultrasound, nuclear medicine, dialysis, medical gases, CSSD, patient monitoring, etc.
