M.Ed. Entrance Test - 2013 :
To be conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh for
(i) M.Ed. (General), M.Ed. (Guidance and Counselling) and M.Ed. (Educational Technology), Session 2013-2014
(ii) M.Ed. (through Correspondence) 2 year course, for in-service teachers being run by USOL, Session 2013-15

The Entrance Test shall be conducted on Sunday, 7th July, 2013 (Sunday) from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

Eligibility Conditions :
A. M.Ed. (Regular) 1 year course
i) Eligibility for Entrance Test is 55% in B.Ed. (50% in case of SC/ST & BC candidates).
ii) Qualifying marks for Entrance Test are 20% (15% in case of SC/ST, BC and blind candidates)

B. M.Ed. (through Correspondence) 2-Year course
i) Eligibility for Entrance Test is 55% in B. Ed. (50% in case of SC/ST & BC candidates)
ii) M.Ed. (through Correspondence) course is only for in-service teachers, with two years paid work experience, in a school recognized by a Board of School Education established by law, or in College affiliated to or recognized by a university (part-time experience shall also be counted towards teaching experience if the teaching was done as paid teaching) and are working at the time of admission i.e. in-service at the time of admission.( format of certificate as per appendix I)
iii) Qualifying marks for Entrance Test are 20% (15% in case of SC/ST, BC and blind candidates)

4. Last date for submission of fee details (journal no.; branch code and date of deposit given by Bank) and uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website June 17, 2013
5. No correction will be entertained/ made regarding photograph, signature and any other information after June 19, 2013 upto 5:00 pm
6. Final date by which Roll No. will be available online Roll No. and Centre of Examination will be generated and Roll No. slip required to be downloaded from the website by the candidate using their own Login and Password (provided while generating Bank Challan). There will be no physical communication for this purpose. June 27, 2013
7. Date of Holding Entrance Test July 07, 2013
8. Tentative date during which the result may be declared by the University July 11, 2013 to July 15, 2013
