Basic Details Post & Post Code : Clearly mention the post name and post code for which you are applying.
Basic Details Choose your District of Posting : Select districts from the district list in order of your preference and click to add the districts in the space provided.
Full Name : Full name should be the same name as written in your matric certificate.

Date of Birth : Fill all the dates ‘DD/MM/YYYY’ means date in two digits, month in two digits and year in four digits(Ex. 08/04/2013). Candidates must have been born on or before 01.01.1992. Those born after are not eligible to appear in BEPC Recruitment 2013. Enter Date of Birth correctly, once entered it cannot be changed and same Date of Birth will appear in application form.

Mobile Number : Enter the mobile number through which you can be contacted for necessary correspondence
Landline Number : Landline No. with STD Code Enter the landline number with STD code through which you can be contacted.
Disability : Disability category and Nature & Extent of disability should be same as written in the certificate (Full form of OC – Orthopedically Challenged, HI – Hearing Impaired, VI – Visually Impaired).

Application Criteria : Please fill application only if you are fulfilling the Eligibilty Condition criteria mentioned in the Job Advertisement. Applications not fulfilling the required criteria will be rejected.
Qualification Details : % of Marks should be written only in numeric values.
Work Experience Details : Candidate must mention post qualification experience only. If the Candidate has no experience then leave the entire experience column blank.

Application Fee Details : Not applicable for SC / ST / BPL / DISABLED. Please fill all the *marked details. You can fill in the details only after you get the fee demand draft made from the bank.

Preview and Edit the Application Form : After filling the application form, changes can be done before submission for which Preview Before Submission link is available. However, once submitted, no modification can be made in the application form.
Final Submit : At the end filling the application, press “SUBMIT” button.
Data cannot be Edited : Once “SUBMIT” is pressed, the online data cannot be altered.

Reference Number : After successful submission of the online application form, reference number of the applicant will be generated and same number will be received via SMS in your mobile, which will certify that the online application form has been submitted successfully by you.

Download Filled in Online Application : After successful submission, the candidate should take printout of online Application Form on A-4 size paper. Please send the hard copy of the filled in Application form along with the Demand Draft or the required Caste/BPL/Disability certificate, as the case may be, to the office address of Bihar Education project Council, Patna. Only registered / Speed post will be considered. Hard copy of applications should be received at BEPC office before the submission date. On late submission, form will be rejected.

Fill the Form Early : In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidates are advised to apply early enough. BEPC will not be responsible for network problems, any other problem of this nature in submission of online application or late submission of hard copy of form during last days.

Online application submitted after 05.06.2013 will be rejected.
Hard copy of application submitted after 6.00 pm on 15.06.2013 will be rejected.

What will be the selection process?

Selection Procedure : Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Test, information for which will be provided in the Admit Card. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test.
