Position : Process Executive

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate – Any discipline
Experience : Minimum of 6 months to 3 Years
Key Responsibility :
** Answer the phone calls and respond to the customer requests.
** Will be responsible for Inbound / Outbound customer calls.
** Ability to learn customer service software applications.
** Ability to serve customers politely at all the times.
** Resolving the customer queries.
** Recommend process improvements.
** Should be a Committed, self-starter and result oriented.
** Follow the work ethics & should be a team player.
** Building rapport with customers.
** Should apply Analytical & Logical skills.
Desired Profile :
** Excellent in communication skills.
** Should have a minimum of six months experience in Voice-process.
** Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
** Passionate to speak with US / UK customers.
** Building a rapport with customers.
** Proficient in MS-Office & surfing the internet.
** Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
** Ability to serve customers politely at all times.
** Willing to work in Night shifts (US / UK time zone).
Age criteria: Restricted up to 35 years.

** Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
** Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
** Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting.
** Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop related issues
** Recommend process improvements.
