Job Description
Role Purpose –Junior Manager, Accounts & Admin :
- The main purpose of this position is to handle Accounts and Admin issues of Southern Angola reporting to the Asst. Business Manager and coordinating with Manager, Finance & Admin (Luanda) .
Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
Accounts :
- Consolidation of Accounts of Southern Branches
- Daily, weekly and Monthly reports and MIS
- Bank Transactions.
- Costing
- Monthly P & L
- Cash Handling
Admin :
- Payroll
- Maintenance of Employee records
- Visa issues
- All HR activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Commerce Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in a business environment
- Fluency in English is must and knowledge of Portuguese would be beneficial.
- Computer Accounting skills required like, Tally, MS Office, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills are desirable.
