Schedule prescribed above are to be strictly complied with and relaxation under any circumstances would not be considered at all. Individual calling letters are being sent in the postal address given by the candidates in his/her application form. Further, candidates are required to bring the following documents, in original, on the day of the viva voce;
1 Valid Employment Card
2 Sikkim Subject certificate / COI issued by competent authorities
3 Class X mark sheet & certificate
4 Birth Certificate
5 Unmarried Certificate, in case of unmarried women candidates. In case of married women candidate, she is required to produce marriage certificate along with the SSC/ COI of her husband or COI issued to married female candidates by virtue of her marriage issued by the competent authority
6 Category ( B.L, ST, MBC OBC) certificate issued by the competent authority in Sikkim.
7 Differently abled and SPAE candidates are to submit related (Blindness/hearing impaired/Ortho handicapped and SPAE) certificate.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Viva-voce.
