** Have basic computer knowledge

** Have good phone skills
** Having prior experience in Process (Inbound/outbound) with a company of international repute is an added advantage.

Technical/Sr. Technical Support Engineers – Associates: for freshers or experienced graduates or undergraduates.
Here are the qualifying factors:
** Level 2 computer knowledge
** Typing speed of 30+ wpm
** Fluency in written and verbal English
** Proficiency in technical sales
** Good phone/chat skills
** Having prior experience in Process (Inbound/outbound) with a company of international repute is an added advantage.

MIS Associate : Freshers or experienced graduates or undergraduates who
** Have level 2 computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
** Are experienced in data/web analytics
** Are fluent in written and verbal English
** Are willing to work in night shifts
