Job Title : CCE / SR CCE (Voice Process)
Job Profile:
** Responsible for providing the highest quality of service to Homeward borrowers with professional and timely responses to customer care related inquiries.
** Handle high volume of inbound & outbound calls.
** Advises borrowers of their responsibility under the loan contract and counsels them regarding the budgeting of payments.
** Process payments, collect past due balances, solicit late charge fees, and educate borrowers on Homeward payment options and the importance of credit worthiness.
** Also responsible for maintaining full compliance with FDCPA.
** Respond to customer correspondence, request and inquiries efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
** Identifies and acts upon opportunities to offer alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of retaining the customer’s business (Portfolio Retention).
Skill Sets. : Should be assertive and confident, should have an analytical approach &possess good communication skills.
Key Competency: Good communication skills, must exhibit professionalism at all times and possess the ability to show empathy while dealing with delinquent accounts.
Qualifications : Under Graduate / Graduate.
Experience : 6 + months
