** Capable of Handling a team of around 25-30 dedicated customer support officer.
** Should provide a significant role in team co-ordination and giving support to the team.
** Constantly organizing a team meet to communication the product related updates.
** Also need to do the analysis on the performance of the team and need to maintain the performance on Top Level.
** Able to prepare various reports such a quality, AHT, fatal error & attendance report of my team.
** Knowledge to coach and guiding the csr’s keeping in mind the KPI’s.
Job Title : BMS Engineer for non-IT product support
Location : Anjar, Gujrat - Kutch
Description :
Qualification :
** Diploma or HSC / Graduates BMS Engineer require for non-IT product support in Data center (Like UPS, DG, Air condition, chiller, CC TV, Door access control etc..)
** Support window- 24 X 7 Support Type - Comprehensive Incident management Data centers may have different type of events,
Incidents as follows :
** Fire alarms
** Power failures
** Site on Operation on UPS or Gen set
** Fuel ,Gas Level issues
** Temperature variation
** Civil Issues These incidents are required to be captured and Tracked by help desk in CRM,
** Should be followed up and closed appropriately.
** Should have process to track and address.
** Facilitate the solutions and generate alerts to site, customer and Hp.
** Communicate with customer on incidents and document through mails and Phone and keep updating on Incident.
