Job Description :
** To understand the company’s marketing products carefully and also the training provided by the company.
** To call on the database provided by the company and generate appointments for the BDE’s.
** Should be responsible for the taken appointment if generated by the wrong method just to achieve the targets and hence should be ready to accept the remarks given by the company.
** Should co-ordinate with BDE to whom his/her lead was given until the sales get’s closed or some remark.
** Should update with daily job reports.
** To give proper and correct information to the clients at the time of taking appointment or giving them the product knowledge.
** Should be aggressive and possessive for completing the targets given by the company.
** To develop negotiating strategies & positions by studying market trends, competition areas and our product features.
** Send daily Sales Report to his/her team leader by mail without any excuse.
** To abide all the rules & regulations as set by the organization in favor of company as well as employee.
** Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Technical Skill's: Require the thorough knowledge of E Mailing, Internet & MS Office 2007.

Salary: Rs.8000/- pm to 10,000/- pm in Hand + Heavy Incentives in Hand + Heavy Incentives.
Customer Service Executive :

** To chat online with customers and answer to their queries in the least possible time.
** Should be able to input the data sheets on the portal by its login ID & Password correctly without any mistake.
** Should update with daily job reports.
** To give proper and correct information to the clients at the time of receiving calls or being on chat.
** Should be able to convert the queries into sales.
** Send daily Sales Report to his/her team leader by mail without any excuse.
** To abide all the rules & regulations as set by the organization in favor of company as well as employee.
** Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
