Customer Service Representatives :
Location : Mumbai
Job Type : Back Office
Job Profile :
** To generate leads & develop a pipeline of interested Customers over the Telephone, Email & Internet.
** To advise clients of different products & services and handling their queries.
** You would be fixing up appointments for the Customer Sales Executives and following up and documenting the customers' papers till the Banks Login stage.
** You will be required to use your communication skills & mannerism to influence the clients' choices with regards to the product that best suits their requirements.
Qualities Required :
** The applicant should be a Female.
** The applicant should be a Commerce Graduate with good knowledge of Accountancy & excellent Communication skills.
** Basic Computing literacy including knowledge of MS Office & Internet is a must.
** The applicant should have a good command over English & Hindi language.
** Past Experience in Tele-marketing, Back Office & Call Centre would be preferred.

Customer Sales Executives :

Job Profile :
** Acquiring New Customers for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans and Business Loans.
** Building relationship with Builders, Chartered Accountants and Brokers for acquiring Business.
** Reporting to the Team Manager and drafting strategies for Marketing on everyday basis.
** Meeting Loan Customers, solving their doubts and queries & guiding them through the Loan Application Process.
Qualities Required :
** The applicant should be a Male.
** The applicant should be a Commerce Graduate with good knowledge of Accountancy & excellent Communication skills.
** The applicant is expected to have good Polished Personality & a robust Physique.
** Basic Computing literacy including knowledge of MS Office & Internet is a must.
** The applicant should have a good command over English & Hindi language.
