Job Details:
** Good understanding in Accounts Receivable.
** Calling Insurance Companies to follow up on Claims filed, to expedite payment.
** Indepth knowledge in Eligibility verification
** Experience in Handling both patient and Insurance calling
** Checking the status of the claim with the insurance companies on be-half of the doctors.
** Handing of insurance claims Denials and Checking on claims status.
** Any Graduates with Minimum 6 months in the health care BPO Voice Support
** Flexible to work in Night Shifts
** Should have excellent communication skill

Customer Service Representative : International
** Fresher to 1 year experience in both Inbound/Outbound (Voice Process) with Excellent Communication skill can apply
** Neutral accent with no MTI and good in grammar.
** Telephone etiquettes & good listening skill.
** Flexible with Night Shift
** Salary - Industry Standards
