Essential Qualifications :
(a) Post graduate degree in Engineering with specialization in public health engineering.
(b) Minimum of five years experience in procurement, design and supervision of infrastructure works.
(c) Ability to assist ULBs to set standards and procedures for ensuring quality and monitoring compliance.
(d) Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage.
(e) Fluency in English end local language essential

2. Name of the post : Town Planning Specialist

Period of Engagement: 1 Year
Essential Qualifications :
(a) Master degree in Planning with specialization in Urban Planning.
(b) Minimum of five years work experience in Urban Planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects.
(c) Experience of reform oriented projects is desirable.
(d) Fluency in English and local language essential.
