    Job Description: Executive Assistant to Managing Director


    - Independently handling the state of affairs of Group MD Office.
    - Responding Emails on behalf of MD’s and performing a variety of functions in coordination with the Directors, SVPs, VPs and other Head of Departments.
    - Handling sensitive information with appropriate discretion
    - Managing MD’s calendar i.e. establishing priorities, committing time etc
    - Organizing the agenda and make arrangements for meetings and business travel
    - Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
    - Attending executive meetings and preparing minutes.
    - Performing a variety of special projects, as assigned
    - Coordinates and follows up on various action items given by the MD to his direct reportees, to ensure timelines are met.
    - Collaborate with HOD’s to monitor the progress of assignments.
    - Preparation of Techno-commercial Presentations and Business Proposals in coordination with the HOD’s together with the Presentations for conferences/ seminars in coordination with the delegated Authority.
    - Generating Management Information System (MIS) through analyzing Data/ inputs from various Departments and preparing Executive Summary.
    - Scheduling and managing MD’s Appointment Calendar and necessary follow-ups.
    - Preparing minutes of meeting and subsequently monitoring of all action items.
    - Tracking Project Time, Cost Under-runs/ Overruns and Projects Profitability Reports.
    - Maintaining details of Tenders/ Bids, ROC related affairs and coordination with JV Partners and Vendor Agreements including AMCs.
    - Technical and commercial liasoning with the customer (whenever required)
    - Assists in Business development activities whenever required.
    - Maintaining a perfect filing/ recording system with complete confidentiality.
    Handling correspondences, letter draft, domestic and international travel arrangements and hotel booking together with the keeping record of reimbursements
