Job Description
We are seeking full-time employee who can handle the following tasks:

1. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring Milliman India’s billing system. This involves tracking of staff’s timekeeping and amount billed and realized from the clients.
2. Tracking of per employee and per client productivity, calculation of bonuses and overall profitability for each profit center on an ongoing basis.
3. Financial reconciliation on an ongoing basis.
4. Responsible for entire staff’s adherence to filing and documentation standards as per Milliman guidelines.
5. Liaison with Milliman’s accounting team in the US for all budgeting and accounting related purposes.

The exact designation will be decided depending on the candidate’s qualification and experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
CA, CS, ICWA. Candidates with good relevant experience and in the process of completing CA, CS or ICWA can also apply. Only Gurgaon based candidates need to apply.

In addition, applicants must posses

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience of operational compliance, budgeting, reconciliation, billing and reporting
- Accounting / auditing background
- At least 5-12 years of experience with at least 2 years in budgeting, billing, and operational compliance
- Preferably in consulting, IT or BPO company
