GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Candidates should check the Hall Ticket and in case of any discrepancy in the Course, Date, Time, Centre and Category the same should immediately be reported to ' The Deputy Registrar ( Academic - II ), Pondicherry University, R.V.Nagar, Kalapet, Puducherry - 605 014 ' for necessary action. Contact Phone Numbers : 0413-2654876 / 2654470 / 2654229. E-Mail : admissions@pondiuni.edu.in.
2) Candidates are informed that they are PROVISIONALLY admitted to this Entrance Exam. The Permission to appear for the Entrance Exam is only an enabling provision. The decision on the eligibility of the Candidate for admission to a course entirely rests with the University, after verification of original Certificates.
3) No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall half-an-hour after the commencement of the Examination and shall not be permitted to leave the Examination hall before the completion of Examination.
4) Candidates should bring two good quality HB pencil, Black Ball Point Pen, eraser, sharpener along with them for the Examination.
5) Use of calculators, log tables, communication devices like cellular phone etc. is not allowed in the Examination hall.
6) OMR Answer Sheet will be provided in the Exam Hall. OMR Answer Sheet should be carefully filled up as per institutions given below. Replacement of Answer Sheet will not be allowed.
7) The Category (SC, ST, OBC or Others), Native of Puducherry and Native of Karaikal in the OMR Answer Sheet may be filled correctly as furnished in the Application.
8) At the Examination Hall, ensure that you have received the correct question paper for the course you have applied for.
9) Candidates are advised to retain this Hall Ticket to produce at the time of Admission.
10) A Candidate without a valid Hall Ticket will not be allowed to enter the Examination hall.
11) The Candidates must Return the Answer Sheet and Question Book at the end of the Examination.
12) Candidates are requested to check our website "www.pondiuni.edu.in" periodically, for latest information and updates.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL OMR ANSWER SHEET :
1) Use HB Pencil to shade the circles and Black Ball Point Pen to fill the boxes.
2) Darken completely the circle of correct answer only with a HB Pencil as shown in the (FIG 1)
3) No rough work shall be done in the OMR Answer sheet.
4) Erase clearly any answer you wish to change.
5) Candidates must write the OMR Answer Sheet number in the Attendance sheet in the boxes provided below their signature.
6) Following the Example given below, darken your Register Number, Application Number, Course Code, Category, Differently Abled (PH) and native of Puducherry / Karaikal.
