Sub: Appearing in the written examination an interview for the post of T-6 (Subject Matter Specialist - Horticulture) KVK, Pali (Reserved for OBC) in the PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs.5400 – rged.

With reference to your applications in response to this Institute’s advertisement No. CAZRI/01/2011 for the above mentioned post the call letters for intimating you to appear in the above said written examination and interview on the date, time and place as mentioned below have been issued to you. If, due to delay in delivery or otherwise, the call letter is not received by any individual, he/she may appear in the said written examination and interview by being intimated through this letter:

Written Test : 11-06-2013 (Tuesday) (the candidate has to report for the written test at 09:00 AM

Instructions:
1. The candidates have to produce all the certificates/testimonials (IN ORIGINAL) such as: (i) Proof of Age, (ii) Educational/Technical qualification(s), (iii) Experience, if any, (iv) Recent Passport size Photographs, (v) Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by the competent authority, (vi) ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE’ from his/her employer (if his/her application has not been forwarded through proper channel) in case the candidate is employed in Government (Central/State) or in any autonomous organization or public sector undertaking e.t.c. in support of his/her candidature along with the attested copies of the same for inspection at the time of Written Test/Interview, failing which, his/her candidature may not be considered. If any of the certificates is in other languages than the Hindi or English, the candidates will have to bring attested translated copy of the same in Hindi or English.
2. In case the date of interview is postponed due to unavoidable circumstance, the organization will not be held responsible.
3. TA will be paid to SC/ST candidates as per rules.
4. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
5. The candidates belongs from OBC category should bring OBC certificate issued for the purpose of reservation from the competent authority in the prescribed format issued within One Year from the date of interview.
6. At the time of appearing in the written taste the candidates will have to produce this letter before the invigilator after pasting his/her passport size photograph and putting his/her signature in the space given for the same.
